Kendall Bartley is a Monterey, California native who moved to the area from Rapid City, South Dakota.

After graduating with a Journalism and Mass Communications Degree from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism and Mass Communications, this Sun Devil started her career as a morning reporter in Rapid City. In just over a years’ time, she became the morning Producer and Anchor.

Kendall moved to the Eugene area in 2018 to become the Morning News Anchor for KMTR, and spent just over four years with NBC16. In the Summer of 2022, she transferred to KVAL as the Evening News Anchor.

She has a lot of experience in journalism and has spent the past five years in Western Oregon, covering content from local government, to political issues, to hot button community issues like the homeless crisis. Kendall Bartley has a longstanding passion for journalism, and loves providing the community the news that affects them.

Kendall also has a passion for the local non-profit sector and has hosted many community fundraising events like Girls Night Out benefiting the Oregon Cancer Foundation, and the Justin Herbert Golf Invitational, benefitting Kid Sports.

In her free time Kendall enjoys the beautiful outdoors of the Pacific Northwest with her dog, Parker. A perfect Saturday would be hiking Mt. Pisgah or teeing off at one of the amazing golf courses in the area.
