Emergency crews are responded to a rollover crash on Hwy 5 at Milepost 52 south of Grants Pass.

Rural Metro Fire says a pickup towing an RV lost control and crashed into the guardrail and rolled over it, landing upside down in the medium. The trailer then tipped over and blocked the northbound fast lane.

The driver, passenger, and dog were able to escape the crash without injury.

"A stretch of guardrail was significantly damaged but did its job preventing the vehicle from rolling into the southbound lanes," according to RMFJOCO.

Traffic was temporarily slowed while ODOT and a towing company were able to clear the crash.

Oregon State Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
