Roseburg teen accused in triple slaying of sisters, mom pleads not guilty
ROSEBURG, Ore. - The teen accused of the triple slaying of his sister, foster mom and foster sister at the family home in Lookingglass last November pleaded not guilty to 8 counts of aggravated murder Thursday.
A judge set a February 2019 trial date for 16-year-old Kevin Adams.
He's accused of murdering his biological sister Payshience "Tia" Adams, 10; foster mother, Donya Adams, 55; and foster sister, Amory Adams, 26.
If convicted, Adams faces up to life without the possibility of parole.
The death penalty is not an option due to his age.
