Police: Roseburg woman arrested after walking on vehicles, kicking police officers

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Roseburg woman was arrested Wednesday morning after police say she damaged vehicles at a local car dealership.

According to a Roseburg Police Department report, a security officer reported finding a woman standing on top of a car in the sales lot at Lithia Dodge, Jeep & Chrysler on Stewart Parkway.

The call came in after 1 a.m. Wednesday.

According to the report, officers caught 34-year-old Jilasia L. Shipley-Dutton leaving the scene and "detained her after she resisted arrest and kicked several officers."

Police say it was determined she had damaged 4-5 vehicles in the lot by walking on them.

She was arrested and charged with first degree criminal mischief, resisting arrest and attempting to assault a peace officer.

She was lodged in the Douglas County Jail.
