Police: Man arrested after breaking into Roseburg home

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Roseburg man was arrested on trespassing and other charges after he broke into a Roseburg home, police said.

According to a Roseburg Police Department report, 43-year-old Scott Allen Wiard was found inside a residence on NW Eden Street after the owner noticed the window kicked out.

The incident happened around 10:20 Thursday morning.

Wiard was arrested and lodged at the Douglas County Jail.

He was charged with first degree criminal trespass, second degree criminal mischief, and probation violation.
