Police investigate suspicious death in Medford

The deceased has been identified as 22 year old Tylor McInroy who lived at the residence. The cause of death was determined to be a single gunshot wound.


Police are investigating a suspicious death on Lawnridge St. and Valley View Dr. in Medford.

Officers tell News10's Mike Marut that they responded to a domestic disturbance at 9:45 on Tuesday evening.

Police say when they arrived on scene they found a deceased man in his 20's inside the garage.

No cause of death has been confirmed at this time. An autopsy will be conducted and results released this afternoon.

There have been no arrests made.

The victim will not be identified until next of kin have been notified.

Neighbors say the family that lives in the home is nothing short of nice people. Neighbors recalled all the neighborhood kids playing together. Neighbors mentioned the parents were friendly, but generally private people.

One neighbor mentioned hearing Medford Police arriving Tuesday night and hearing somebody next door say, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry," while MPD told the person to keep their hands raised.
