Up to $5,000 reward for information on wanted fugitive

The FBI is offering up to $5,000 reward for information for a man wanted for attempted aggravated murder in Curry County.

Lucas Randal Young,36, is wanted for his alleged involvement in a shooting of a man on December 28, 2017.

On January 26th, a local arrest warrant was issued for DeYoung after he was charged with attempted aggravated murder, attempted murder, delivery of a controlled substance, and unlawful manufacture of marijuana.

On February 1, 2018, a federal arrest warrant was issued for DeYoung in the United States District Court, District of Oregon, Eugene, Oregon, after he was charged with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.

Deputies say DeYoung is known to use illegal drugs and carry firearms. He is also a known gambler.

DeYoung has a scar on his left finger and tattoos on his back and right shoulder. He is a white male, 190 pounds, 6'1", with brown hair and brown eyes.

DeYoung may have traveled to Washington State, Virginia, or Las Vegas, Nevada.
