As a junior this year, Cunningham led Oregon State in scoring with 17.9 points per game. He also led the team with 91 steals, which is tied for the second most in a single season in school history.
Cunningham said he will weigh his options before making a decision.
"I'm just trying to finish school," said Cunningham. "Finish this year out and then see where basketball can take me. If I'll be here next year, that will be great. If I'll be in the draft, that will be great too. Right now I'm just playing it by ear."
Head coach Craig Robinson said Cunningham's family asked him to collect some information about the junior's draft stock.
"It is my belief that whatever decision he makes, if it's the right decision, I'm all for it," said Robinson.
Cunningham has until April 29th to decide if he will declare for the NBA draft.
