Crescent Valley pulls away late, beats Corvallis 48-42

CORVALLIS, Ore. -- Crescent Valley had three different players score in double digits, as the Raiders beat Corvallis 48-42 on Thursday night at Gill Coliseum.

The game went back and forth in the second half, but Tanner Sanders hit a late three that put the Raiders up for good. Sanders also had a dunk in the game and finished with 14 points for Crescent Valley.

Marion Clark led the way for Corvallis, as he finished with 15 points. Clark made a three pointer in the third quarter that put the Spartans up 25-24, but they could not hold on.

The Raiders improved to 6-1 in the 5A Mid-Willamette, while the Spartans fell to 4-3.
