Sheriff: Father, daughter dead after shooting
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- The Sheriff's office has identified the victims in the shooting Tuesday night north of Roseburg that left 2 people dead and another wounded.
Authorities say Brittney Langford, 24, and her father, Michael Tellone, 47, both died from gunshot wounds.
Brittney's husband, Christopher Langford, 26, survived the attack, sustaining a non-life threatening injury.
The Douglas County Major Crimes team continues to investigate the shooting that occurred at 5719 NE Stephens Street.
The Sheriff's office says that detectives spent much of the day on Wednesday processing the crime scene and canvassing the neighborhood.
They are still following up on leads and interviewing people they say are connected to the case.
Authorities are also asking the public to report suspicous activities or people.
On Wednesday, the Sheriff's office said the only suspect description at this point is a man described as about 40 years of age, Hispanic and wearing a dark colored hoodie.
Officials said they don't believe the suspect is in the area.
