ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Students in Roseburg high School's drama department are putting on a production this weekend that officials say will leave you laughing.
The Roseburg High School Drama Department's Winter production, Tom Stoppard's "Rosencrantz and Guildenstern are Dead" will be taking the stage Thursday through Saturday.
Officials say the show is based on minor characters from Shakespeare's 'Hamlet,'' who are, "plopped center stage and the whole production is turned around, with periodic entrances and exits from Hamlet, Ophelia, and other characters."
Elliot Snyder and Catherine Pieske star in the title roles.
The play runs for three nights only starting Thursday in the high school's Rose Theater.
Tickets are available at the door, and they cost $5. Student tickets are $4, and kids 12 and under are free.
Officials say the production will please family members of all ages.
