Police: Two men arrested after breaking into Lakeside vacation rental
LAKESIDE, Ore. -- Two men were arrested Saturday after police investigated a reported trespassing at a vacation rental, Coos County Sheriff's office said.
At approximately 7:45 a.m. Coos County deputies were dispatched to a possible criminal trespass at 310 Airport Way in Lakeside, vacation rental which had been vacant.
Deputies searched the residence with the caretaker and found 37-year-old Dustin Young of Coos Bay and 36-year-old Ryan Milburn of Bend inside the residence.
Both were taken into custody.
Deputies seized drug paraphernalia inside the residence belonging to the pair.
"This narcotic evidence consisted of syringes, spoons, smoking device with suspected methamphetamine residue, and a small weight measure scale," the sheriff's office said.
Young and Milburn were transported to the Coos County Jail and had bail set at $10,000 each.
Both were released on their own recognizance, the sheriff's office said.
The suspected drug evidence will be sent to the Oregon State Police Crime Lab for testing.
