Police: Teens arrested, 1 with meth, 1 with warrant

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- Roseburg police say they arrested 2 teens, one who had meth and the other who had a warrant.

Officers say that Monday around 2:00 pm during a separate investigation in the 100 block of Zachary, they contacted Ryan Scott Richmond, 18, of Roseburg, and a 17-year-old male.

Police say Richmond was found to be in possession of a small amount of meth.

Authorities say the 17-year-old had a warrant and was wanted by the Douglas County Juvenile Department.

Police say they arrested both teens without incident.

Officer lodged the 17-year-old at the Juvenile Detention Center, and Richmond was lodged in the Douglas County Jail.

Police charged Richmond with unlawful possession of meth, and his bail was set at $50,000.
