Police: Roseburg man used 1-year-old to make pornographic image
ROSEBURG, Ore. - A 29-year-old Roseburg man used a 1-year-old girl to produce child pornography, Oregon State Police say.
Kelly Shane Rice faces charges of Using Child in Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct; Sex Abuse I; Unlawful Sexual Penetration I; and Encouraging Child Sex Abuse I.
While serving a search warrant November 2, investigators discovered evidence Rice had produced porn using a child known to him.
State police and Homeland Security Investigations served a search warrant at a Roseburg home based on evidence suggesting child pornographic images were uploaded from the home.
"During the search of the residence and the following investigation, it was discovered that one of the child pornographic images was produced at that residence," state police said.
The investigation is ongoing, state police said.
