Police: Roseburg man arrested on multiple counts of identity theft, computer crime
ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Roseburg man was arrested Friday on multiple fraud-related charges, including 12 counts of identity theft, police said.
According to a Roseburg Police Department report, 34-year-old Jeffrey Brice Longley admitted to using a man's debit card for several transactions without permission.
Longley visited several ATMs and businesses in Roseburg where he purported to be the victim, police said.
He was charged with second-degree theft, 12 counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, 12 counts of identity theft and 12 counts of computer crime.
Longley is lodged at Douglas County Corrections.
