UPDATE: Two runaway teenagers missing since at least late Thursday night have been found in Kelso, Washington, the Bremerton Police Department said late Tuesday night.
Ariel Luddington, 16, and her boyfriend, Alex Pequignot, were being checked out by paramedics, police said as their parents traveled to Kelso to pick them up.
PORTLAND, Ore. - The FBI said a Washington teen considered missing and endangered is likely in Oregon or passed through Oregon.
Ariel Luddington, 16, left her Bremerton home late Thursday or early Friday. She hasn't been seen since.
Police said Ariel is with her boyfriend of one year, Alex Pequignot. Detectives found surveillance footage of the two together in southern Washington on Sunday, August 10.
The FBI on Tuesday said Ariel might be in the Portland area, or may have recently passed through Portland.
Police and the FBI said Ariel is in need of immediate medical attention. Ariel has stitches on her right temple and a vein pick in her right bicep. Ariel may appear to slur her speech and stagger when she walks, authorities said.
Ariel is about 4-foot-9, 100 pounds, with long light brown hair, blue eyes and glasses. Based on surveillance footage, Ariel appears to have cut her hair, removed her eye glasses and removed the bandage around the Vein Pick/Port in her right arm, detectives said.
If anyone has information about Ariel Luddington's travels or current whereabouts, they are asked to call the Bremerton Police Department or their local FBI office. In Portland, that number is (503) 224-4181. In Eugene, the number is (541) 343-5222. That office serves Lane, Coos, Douglas and Benton counties.
