'Love Bug' makes a stop in Coos County for a cause

COQUILLE, Ore. -- Herbie? Batman? Yep, they were all in Coos County this weekend.

Some very well known cars from the past and the future were in Coquille over the weekend for the annual Relay for Life event.

The famous cars on display ranged from the DeLorean time machine to Herbie the Love Bug.

Grant Crimm, a cancer survivor, even got to drive the famous Batmobile. "There's no feeling like it," Grimm said. "I don't even know how to describe it, that car has a lot of power and it's once in a lifetime, I couldn't believe it."

Some Star Wars characters turned out to help with the fight against cancer as well.

The motto of the weekend: Back to the Future, a Future Without Cancer.
