I-5 northbound near Terwilliger reopened after 'drywall mud spill'
PORTLAND, Ore. —
Officials have cleaned up a “drywall mud spill” that had closed all northbound lanes of Interstate 5 near Terwilliger on Friday night, according to the Oregon Department of Transportation.
At around 9:15 p.m., ODOT said crews had cleared all lanes of the muck and the freeway was again fully open.
A tractor-trailer lost a pallet of the stuff going into the curves, and coated several lanes for half a football field.
