Drug bust yields 17.6 pounds of meth

The Clackamas County Sheriff's Office arrested four people and seized 17.6 pounds of meth in a drug bust on Monday.

Members of the Clackamas County Inter-Agency Task Force (CCITF) were investigating an alleged drug trafficking organization operating in Clackamas, Multnomah and Clark counties when they learned a large shipment of methamphetamine was on its way through Clackamas County.

The CCITF, along with help from the Clackamas County Sheriff's Office K-9 Team, was able to stop a suspect vehicle where they found the meth inside.

They arrested Joseph Douglas Neth, Darren George Cornwell, Corinne Elizabeth Shaver and Florencio Morales-Calderon on various drug-related charges.
