WINSTON, Ore. - The Winston-Dillard School District ended their anti-bullying and harassment week in a special way on Thursday.

The "Flight Squad" exhibition basketball team spoke at two Winston schools about acceptance, unity and tolerance. Students learned about different types of bullying while watching the players have fun on the court.

The district says it's an important lesson for students to learn.

"How to learn to live with each other, how to deal with interpersonal conflict, and how to be productive in a pluralistic society that we live in today," said Rob Boye with Winston-Dillard School District.

The district hopes the Flight Squad will return next year to help spread their message of acceptance and teamwork once again.
